These Terms & Conditions (‘Terms’) govern your use of the Al Siraj Electronics Repairing website (alsirajelectronicsrepairing.ae) and any repair or related service provided by Al Siraj Electronics Repairing (‘Al Siraj’, ‘we’, ‘our’, ‘us’). Please read these Terms carefully before booking a service or using our website.

By booking a service, submitting an online enquiry, or engaging with us by phone or WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not proceed with a booking or use our services.

Services are available across all major areas of Dubai, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with a 24/7 helpline for urgent queries. Same-day service is available subject to technician availability and booking time.

Al Siraj reserves the right to decline a service request if the appliance type, location, fault, or access conditions fall outside our current operational capability. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed when you receive an acknowledgement from Al Siraj by phone, WhatsApp, or email. We will provide an estimated arrival window and the name or reference of the assigned technician.

Access and Preparation

You are responsible for ensuring that an authorised adult (18 years or over) is present at the property during the scheduled service window. The appliance must be reasonably accessible and safe for our technician to work on.

If our technician arrives and cannot gain access, or the job conditions are unsafe, we reserve the right to cancel the visit. A cancellation fee may apply in such cases — see Section 5.

Quotation and Pricing

Transparent Quoting

Al Siraj provides a fixed, transparent repair quote before any work begins. The quote covers the cost of diagnosis, labour, and any parts required for the identified fault. No additional charges will be applied without your explicit approval.

Diagnosis Fee

A diagnostic fee may apply for on-site inspection. This fee will be communicated to you before the technician’s visit. If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is typically absorbed into the total repair cost — this will be confirmed when your quote is provided.

Quote Validity

A quote provided is valid for the specific fault and appliance inspected on the day. If additional faults are identified after work has commenced, you will be informed immediately and asked to approve any additional cost before work continues.

VAT

All prices are quoted inclusive of UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate unless stated otherwise. A VAT-compliant invoice will be issued upon completion of the repair.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customer Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a booked appointment at no charge provided you give at least 2 hours’ notice before the confirmed appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice, or where the technician has already departed for the property, may incur a call-out fee.

Al Siraj Cancellations

In rare circumstances including technician unavailability due to emergency, severe weather, or traffic conditions — we may need to reschedule your appointment. We will notify you as early as possible and offer the next available earliest slot at no additional cost.

Payment Terms

Payment Timing

Full payment is due upon completion of the repair unless a prior written agreement for commercial clients specifies alternative payment terms.

Accepted Payment Methods

Al Siraj accepts:

  • Cash (UAE Dirhams)
  • Bank transfer
  • Card payment (where available on the technician’s device)

Disputed Payments

If you dispute a charge, please contact us at alsirajexpert@gmail.com within 7 days of the invoice date. We will review the matter and respond within 5 working days. Work already completed and accepted by you remains payable while any dispute is under review.

Warranty on Repairs

Scope of Warranty

All repair work completed by Al Siraj Electronics Repairing is covered by a 12-month written warranty. This warranty is documented on the repair invoice issued to you at the time of service completion.

The warranty covers:

  • The specific fault repaired during the original service visit
  • Any parts supplied and fitted by Al Siraj during the repair

Warranty Exclusions

The 12-month warranty does not cover:

  • New or unrelated faults that develop after the original repair
  • Damage caused by misuse, physical impact, power surges, flooding, or improper installation
  • Consumable parts subject to normal wear and tear (e.g., filters, belts, seals after excessive use)
  • Damage arising from repairs attempted by a third party after our work was completed
  • Cosmetic damage not related to the functional repair

Claiming Under Warranty

To make a warranty claim, contact us at alsirajexpert@gmail.com or call +971 524 551 441, quoting your repair invoice number. Al Siraj will arrange a return visit at no additional charge if the fault falls within the warranty scope. Claims must be submitted within the 12-month warranty period.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer of Al Siraj Electronics Repairing, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the appliance, the fault, and your property address at the time of booking
  • Ensure an authorised adult is present during the service visit
  • Provide our technician with safe, clear access to the appliance and a working power supply where required
  • Not interfere with or attempt to modify the repair once the technician has begun work
  • Pay the agreed repair quote upon completion
  • Use the repaired appliance according to the manufacturer’s guidelines following the repair

Al Siraj accepts no liability for damage or further faults arising from a failure to follow the maintenance guidance provided by our technician at the time of service.

Limitation of Liability

General Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Al Siraj Electronics Repairing’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with a service — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific repair.

Exclusions

Al Siraj shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including loss of food contents, business revenue, or data)
  • Pre-existing damage to your appliance or property that was not caused by our technician
  • Damage caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to voltage surges, floods, or acts of God
  • Loss or damage arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer at the time of booking

Property Damage

Our technicians take every reasonable precaution to protect your property during a service visit. Al Siraj carries appropriate business insurance. Any claim for accidental property damage caused directly by our technician must be reported to us in writing within 24 hours of the service visit, with photographic evidence where possible.

Intellectual Property

All content on alsirajelectronicsrepairing.ae — including text, images, logos, brand names, and page structure — is the property of Al Siraj Electronics Repairing or its content licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent.

Website Use and Disclaimers

The Al Siraj website is provided for general information and booking purposes. While we make every effort to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranty that the website is free from errors, omissions, or technical interruptions.

Al Siraj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice. We are not liable for any disruption to your access or use of the website.

Commercial Clients (B2B Terms)

For property managers, hotels, restaurants, and commercial businesses, the following additional terms apply:

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) terms and account-based payment schedules are available on request and must be agreed in writing before service commencement
  • Commercial clients may be subject to minimum call-out charges depending on appliance type and volume
  • Warranty terms remain the same (12 months) unless a separate written agreement specifies different terms
  • For ongoing maintenance contracts, individual contract documents will supersede these general Terms where there is any conflict

Force Majeure

Al Siraj Electronics Repairing will not be in breach of these Terms, nor liable for any delay or failure in performance, where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes extreme weather events, government restrictions, civil unrest, pandemics, power outages affecting our operations, or other events that could not reasonably have been anticipated or avoided.

In such circumstances, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and will reschedule your service at the earliest available opportunity.

Amendments to These Terms

Al Siraj reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on alsirajelectronicsrepairing.ae with a revised ‘Last Updated’ date. Your continued use of our services or website after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For bookings already confirmed before any update, the Terms in effect at the time of booking continue to apply to that specific service.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including applicable federal laws and the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah (as our registered business location) and the Emirate of Dubai (as our primary operating territory).

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or a service provided by Al Siraj, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of the UAE in accordance with applicable jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written repair quote or warranty invoice issued to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and Al Siraj Electronics Repairing regarding the services described. They supersede all prior representations, discussions, or agreements, whether oral or written.
